All proposals will be double-blind reviewed following standard double-blind review protocols.  We appreciate your interest in being part of the double-blind review process. 

Reviewers will receive approximately three to five 500-1000 word proposals to review. Reviewers complete their review online with numerical feedback as well as comments by July 9.
