2. Post February 28 interim report on your committee forum site and on committee chair shared file site.
3. Request committee members additions/drops by first logging into ABC and then completing the quick Committee Update Request form at: http://tinyurl.com/CommitteeUpdateRequest.
4. Recommend best practices for ABC human resources (recruiting and contract), including the position of Executive Director.
5. Create an ABC HR succession plan.
6. Create an ABC organizational chart.
7. Create Job Descriptions for Executive Director and ABC head office staff.
8. Create policy and procedures manuals for paid ABC positions.
