Train and Local Trolleys
The Santa Fe Depot,1050 Kettner Boulevard, is the downtown San Diego Amtrak station. Near the waterfront, Little Italy and the Gaslamp Quarter, this 1915 station with Spanish Colonial Revival architecture is a transit hub, with connections to the Coaster commuter trains and local trolleys.
The green line trolley next to the station serves destinations including Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter, Convention Center, Petco Park, Little Italy, Mission Valley and the SDCCU Stadium.
Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner, with service to Los Angeles and beyond, offers a relaxing ride up the coast with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
