Seattle Conference Online Registration Open

The Seattle conference online registration is open, with on-time prices available until October 1.  With the always rejuvenating gathering of world-wide conference presenters and a selection of pre-conference workshops and enticing excursions, we look forward to receiving your registration and welcoming you to Seattle October 28-31, 2015 at the Renaissance Seattle.

The site will ask:
…if you are a presenter
…if you are a new attendee
…if you are attending the Wednesday, Oct 28 opening reception (and keynote)
…if you are attending the Thursday, Oct 29 opening breakfast
…if you are attending the Thursday, Oct 29 evening reception
…if you are attending the Friday, Oct 30 Presidential awards dinner
…if you have a guest (first & last name needed)
…if you are vegetarian
…if you need services for a medical/food need
…if you want to add a workshop or excursion (selection)
…if you want to add the Lunch and Learn (Thurs) sponsored by Cengage Learning

To secure member pricing, you will want to first be sure your membership is current prior to attempting conference registration.  
If you have not visited our site since mid-August 2015, you will need to create a password by clicking the link below.  When prompted, enter your email address (the one that you used while joining or renewing) and the system will find your profile:

Next, click the button having an email sent to you with a temporary password; you will be prompted to update the temporary password upon login.

If your membership is not current, you may have difficulty logging in, especially if you’ve been expired for a while.  Upon request, ABC headquarters can send you a membership invoice.  After you pay the member dues, the system will send you login instructions.  After this process, you can register online for the conference at the member rate.

If you wish your university to pay your membership, upon request, ABC headquarters can email an invoice to them for direct payment.  Your invoice request should include desired membership level and if you want a printed journal.

Registration includes the opening breakfast Thr, Fri & Sat, plus opening reception and keynote Wed Oct 28, reception Thr Oct 29,  AND the Presidential Awards Banquet Friday evening, Oct 30

** You must be a full time student and an ABC member presenting and volunteering at this conference.  If not presenting, fee is $125.

If your membership is current and you are ready to begin online registration, click the link below and follow the prompts.

If desired, you can complete your registration details, then share the invoice with your university for payment.  Be sure to meet the payment deadline.  

Once registered, you’ll have information at your fingertips in your profile.  From your profile, you can view TRANSACTIONS, and choose to view your invoice, or remind yourself of your registration details.  This is one of the many features of our new membership management system.
