Copyright for all articles published in Business Communication Quarterly and Business and Professional Communication Quarterly dated 1996 and later is vested in the Association for Business Communication. Copyright for all articles published in Business Communication Quarterly prior to 1996 and in the Bulletin (ISSN 8756-1972 through Volume 57) is held by individual authors and permission to photocopy must be secured directly from the authors.
Permission to Photocopy
Articles in Business Communication Quarterly and Business and Professional Communication Quarterly dated 1996 and later may be photocopied freely for educational (noncommercial) purposes under the following conditions: Use of the photocopies must be for educational purposes exclusively, not for commercial publication or for other commercial purposes of any type. Citation of the source of the publication must be provided in full on the first page of each copied article as follows: the authors, date, article title, journal, volume, number, and inclusive pages. In addition, the following statement should appear on the first page: "Reprinted with the permission of the Association for Business Communication."
