Mentors: You’ll get an e-mail from the committee, with a proposed mentee. You will then email your partner
Mentees: You will receive an email from your proposed mentor.
The two of you will correspond—and perhaps meet at an ABC convention or conference. After the two of you determine your tentative goals and protocols, you will each commit to this project with a Mentor Program Partnership Agreement. Mutual respect, courtesy, effort, and commitment will contribute to professional development for both partners in the mentoring relationship.
