Submission Deadlines

  • Presentation deadline for abstracts submitted for presentation: October 1, 2017
  • For your research to be considered for the Richard D. Irwin Distinguished Paper Award, you must submit a completed paper rather than a proposal by the submission deadline, October 1, 2017.
  • All full papers will be considered for the proceedings unless otherwise requested by the author(s).

Title, written in the third person

Session Type: Individual Presentation, Group Panel, or Poster Session

Presenter name, institution, and email address (for each presenter) (Select User from Web Member:  Choose Organization Member or Organization Guest; next select last name letter; next choose from list of names.  Presenter name, institution, and email address will auto-populate submission form.)

Co-author name, institution, and email address (for each co-author)

Short description: a 60-word (or fewer) description, written in the third person.

Description (proposal) — 500-750 words

If proposing a group panel, enter the theme.
