We are pleased to announce Timothy Ballard, Founder and CEO of Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R), will be the keynote speaker at the March 30-April 1 ABC Western Regional Conference. O.U.R. is a non-profit organization which rescues children from child-trafficking organizations with the ultimate goal of eliminating sex trafficking world-wide. The organization has been documented for their covert operations with jump teams consisting of former CIA agents, U.S. Special Operations Forces members, and other support volunteers. A renowned speaker, and best-selling author of The Washington Hypothesis, The American Covenant, and The Lincoln Hypothesis, Tim recently received the distinguished George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge.
